Jordynn was just approved to move into her new apartment. She has accumulated many things since living in her current placement. She would like to use plastic storage containers to help organize her belongings and move into her new apartment.
Jordynn is 26 years old and lives in TX
Jordynn recently decided to enter extended foster care and has been diagnosed with Antiphospholipid (APL) syndrome. A diagnosis in which her blood to clots everywhere in her body. Her legs and feet are often so swollen she can hardly get socks or slippers on let alone walk around. She is frequently in the hospital battling sepsis as well as other issues caused by APL. Jordynn refuses to let her diagnosis define her and is constantly trying to look at the brighter things in life.
