Diana is a remarkably resilient young lady with a great sense of humor. She is very pleasant, articulate and fun-loving. She is especially social with adults and very young children, often befriending little kids who “remind her” of one of her brothers or sisters. She talks to other hikers, freely sharing advice and stories she thinks will interest them. Diana is incredibly observant, noticing interesting details about the environment, people and things. She has a great memory for things that interest her and shows curiosity about the world around her. Diana tells me that she wants to be a preschool teacher. She enjoys art, swimming, biking, country music, volleyball, babysitting, funny movies and shopping. She likes books about arts and crafts, crime/detective stories and mysteries.

"Thanks, Hasbro! I can't tell you how much this means to Diana. Like all kids, she craves access to technology but she has had very little opportunity to enjoy it. Soon she will have the tool she needs to overcome the barriers to her education and to access the amazing support available online. I will update you as soon as the iPad arrives. This is a very happy day for Diana! Thanks."

"Hello, again. The iPad arrived on Saturday. I will be working with Diana's new school (she is transferring this week) to get it set up with the apps she will need. Her birthday is coming up soon and my plan is to have it ready before then. I will write again soon. THANKS FOR YOUR SUPPORT. Margie"

"Sorry for the long delay regarding Diana and her iPad. Shortly after her wish was granted Diana's life was up-ended once again and she has been through months of upset ever since. Although it took many extra weeks to get the iPad up and running she is now able to enjoy using it in her new home. It is certainly the nicest thing that has happened to her in many many years. Thanks for your support. Margie"
