Tina was ecstatic to get permission from the judge recently to obtain a passport and travel abroad with her classmates. She is busy saving money, but could really use some help paying for this $3400 trip, where she will get to visit Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.
Tina is 22 years old and lives in IN
Tina is a lovely, smart, independent young lady who has managed to avoid many of the pitfalls of the foster care system while remaining very dedicated to her future. She is a junior in high school and already taking courses that have dual credit for college. She has worked after school throughout much of high school to save for her future. She also participates in extracurricular activities like German Club and Girl Scouts.

"HI Tina, I love to travel also and went to Germany, Switzerland and Austria for the Christmas markets in between Thanksgiving and this past Christmas. I know you will love this trip and just know that when you are older, there are ways to travel the world on the cheap - youth hostels. If I would have known about them when I graduated from college or high school, i would have done more traveling when I was younger. Enjoy the trip, take lots of pictures and keep doing good in school."
