Training sessions for Tirogih to help him stay fit

Hunterdon Youth Services, IncTirogih is a kind young man with a smile that lights up the whole room. He grew up with his aunt and grandmother after being severely physically abused by his biological mother. Tirogih loves to workout and uses this as a wonderful coping skill to keep his mind and body healthy. As a result of the physical abuse he endured by his mother, of which includes head injuries, he is diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.
Tirogih has recently become very passionate about working out. He spends hours exercising and has found that fitness helps him cope with the anger he has from a troubling past filled with physical and emotional abuse at the hands of his bio mother. It is Tirogih's dream to work with mentor and Personal Trainer Eric Ferguson to receive some 1:1 personal training.
