Aliyah has never had a birthday party and hasn't ever been to an amusement park, carnival, etc. She enjoys water activities and would like to have her birthday park at the new Water park. This party will show her that she is very special and on that day she will be treated like a queen.
Aliyah is 19 years old and lives in TX
Aliyah is a sweet teenager who has been bounced around homes since the early age of four. She hopes to have a stable home where she can enjoy activities and have a great childhood.
