Charlie is asking for a laptop so that he can complete homework assignments at home. His foster home does not have a computer. Charlie is currently receiving tutoring so that he can improve his grades. A laptop will also help with improving his grades.
Charlie is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Charlie was removed from his mother due to her substance abuse and mental health issues. Charlie is a great young man who is currently receiving tutoring to help improve his grades. He is searching for summer work so that he can earn money.
