David would like a gift certificate to Cabellas so he could purchase fishing equipment. David used to fish a lot, though he no longer has any supplies. This would be a positive, and healthy past time for him. David says that if he could fish again, it would be restoring the best part of himself.
David is 24 years old and lives in DE
David has been through a lot of challenging obstacles in his life. From a young age, he has had to cope with basic life hurdles with little support. Recently, David has found positive and healthy ways to cope with his hardships. His whole attitude towards life has changed. He said, "God has really put some good people in my life, to help me make it." David has struggled in school, and is working diligently on obtaining a GED. David plans on receiving a certificate this summer for welding, and wants to get a job or apprenticeship in the future. David has worked really hard this past year and has really applied himself so that he can prepare for independent living.
