Eileen is a an extremely smart four year old child that loves to learn new things. On some days, she likes to open up he color book and identify the colors. On her car rides with her foster family, she identifies her favorite colors. Her big smile is so cheesy her eyes appear to be squinting. She is an independent young child that insist in dressing herself. On most days, she wears her tootoo because it makes her feel like a princess.

Eileen likes dressing up in her tutu and pretending to be a princess. It would make her wish come true to see the Disney princesses at Disneyland!
