Shermaine is a beautiful child. He has so much support from his loving foster parents, Guardian ad Litem, Social Workers and all of his therapists. Unfortunately he has spent far too much time in hospitals in his short life.

Shermaine has a variety of significant physical and developmental disabilities but he is still a little boy who we want to see learn how to ride a tricycle. Not only is learning to ride a tricycle a typical toddler activity, this specific tricycle has been recommended by his physical and occupational therapists to help him with coordination and other needs. #1 of 2
