William previously had a bike before entering foster care, however it was stolen. He walks a lot of the time and would love to have a bike to help him with transportation. He also asks to have a lock for the bike so that it will not be stolen.

William is an outgoing young man with lots of potential. His behavior in his foster home has been exceptional. William enjoys swimming and hanging out with his small friend group.
