NJ DCFS - Atlantic CountyAshley is an intelligent and resilient young lady. Ashley's mother abandoned her as a result of chronic substance use and her father has never been in the picture. Ashley has one sibling that resides in Oklahoma and she barely is able to visit her. Ashley will age out of Foster Care and enter into the independent living program. Ashley has excelled academically and has a passion for learning and excelling in school and has received acceptance into various Universities. Ashley has been invited to sing at Carnegie Hall in NYC multiple times.
Ashley graduated high school with high honors. She will be attending Rowan University on a full scholarship. Ashley is still in need of items to assist with her college transition to get her acclimated to college living, help with her studies, and assist her with dormitory needs.
