Immigration Physical Examination for Wilber who is a survivor

Wilber was brought to this country illegally at a young age by a family member who forced him to work for her to pay off his "debt". Wilber was taken into the custody of the Division and is now a documented alien through asylum. Wilber is now applying for his permanent residency and is in need of taking a physical exam which is only done by a certified immigration pediatrician. Wilber wishes for help with paying this physical examination to assure his permanent resident status being granted.
Wilber is 24 years old and lives in NJ
Wilber was a victim of human-trafficking and is currently in the custody of the Division. Wilber is in high school and is excelling in all his classes and he has also taught himself English. His goal after high school is to attend a 4 year institution and ultimately become part of the New Jersey State Police.
