It's that time of year when Sam's foster mom takes him shopping, and he sees all the bright flashy folders and school supplies that she can't afford. He would love to pick out some FUN versions of necessities rather than getting whatever is least expensive. He can't wait to start 5th grade!

Sam has been in care since 2013, nearly half his life. He loves to play outside and will spy the tiniest of items in the yard and save them in his pocket. He is very talkative and charismatic.
