School uniforms for Hope who will be starting a new school

Hope is so excited to start a new school this year. She is a little nervous though because the school requires a uniform and she has not been able to get the necessary clothing yet. Hope really wants to start the school year off right and in the appropriate uniform!
Hope is 16 years old and lives in TX
Hope is a very beautiful and talented young woman. She enjoys dancing and is currently a praise dancer at church. She loves singing and does so very well. She enjoys reading and school. She has been in foster care for two years. She does not have any siblings that she is close to or that are in care. She wants to be a professional singer, or a fashion designer or even a teacher when she grows up. Hope was recently adopted by her lovely foster family.
