Justin was unable to bring his bike from his previous foster home. and he is feeling pretty sad because his favorite thing to do is to ride his bike outside. With school starting soon, he needs an activity to get some energy out after a long day of learning.
Justin is 16 years old and lives in VA
Justin is an avid reader and loves to play video games on his tablet. Justin is very smart and loves to try and stump you with trivia questions (which he often does!)
