New uniform for Rachel who is excited to start cosmetology school

Rachel is so excited and ready to learn a new trade. She can not wait to learn everything. Rachel is all set to go but needs some additional pieces for her uniform. She says she would like a few extra pieces because learning cosmetology can be a bit messy and she wants to make sure she looks nice and presentable each day.
Rachel is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Rachel is currently in foster care. She enjoys playing lacrosse, swimming and has been accepted to a major college. Rachel will also be joining The National Guard. She is also a makeup artist and fashionista.
