A Laptop for Tyler who wants to practice coding

Tyler will be a junior in high school this year and is in need of a laptop to practice his coding and programming as well as to support his school work. Tyler also is searching for a job to help pay for a new car and expenses and could use a laptop in this to search, apply and save his employment paperwork.
Tyler is 18 years old and lives in Salem, OR
Tyler is a bright young man with a great future ahead of him. He is very driven and interested in learning as much as he can about computers and coding. Tyler also enjoys playing guitar, painting and skateboarding. Tyler is very invested in his education and hopes to one day get his masters degree in Computer Software Engineering. Tyler is a very talkative, kind, insightful young man and is always willing to hep those in his life.
