Department of Children and FamiliesNigeria is an amazing young lady who is currently living on her own. She just received her new apartment. She is very excited to have her own place to call home. Nigeria works hard for what she wants in her life. She is very loyal, honest and dedicated, and is always kind.
Nigeria has a birthday coming up and she would love to be able to go on a shopping trip with her friends to purchase new clothes. She is very expressive and would have a great day picking out new outfits that she can proudly wear to school.
