Raphaella has significant medical issues which hamper her ability to maintain a consistent school schedule. A tablet will enable her to be more mobile while doing her school work. She also needs a more reliable way to communicate with her family who mainly reside in her home country. She does have a cell phone, but it has limited data and she runs out of it each month.
Raphaella is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Raphaella is bright and independent young woman. Because of her circumstances, she has become very introverted. Most of her family are in another country, so it is difficult for her to communicate with them. Raphaella yearns for more contact with her family and friends back home.
