New winter clothes for Shaazai who is excited to go to school this year

Since Shaazai has some delays, he has to go to school and leave the safety of his home this year. He doesn't have many clothes, and his grandma wants to buy him some nice things to wear to school. He also needs a coat so that he can be outside at recess.
Shaazai is 9 years old and lives in OH
Shaazai missed a lot of experiences in his first few years of life, and his grandma is trying to give him opportunities now so that he can catch up with his peers. He is a gentle boy who loves his siblings. They are very bonded since they had some tough experiences together, and when he has to do things independently he struggles. If he could sit and play at home all day, he would!
