A trip to NYC to see the Christmas Spectacular for Tala

Tala has expressed to the Division how grateful she would be if she were given the opportunity to attend the Radio City Christmas Spectacular in New York City during the upcoming holidays. Most of her peers are able to experience traditional holiday activities with their families; however, due to her unfortunate experiences, this is not possible.
Tala is 23 years old and lives in NJ
Tala came to the United States from the Middle East in 2015, by herself to have a better and more meaningful life. Tala has continued to work on her adjustment to the American culture and is doing well. Tala has transferred to Felician College so that she can be closer to her friends and supports. Tala always bee very active and social in school and is looking forward to getting acclimated to her college peers. She is on the lacrosse team, which she really loves. She also enjoys listening to music, doing her makeup and fashion. She is smart, hardworking and very motivated.
