A New Bike for Quintel who wants to learn how to ride

Quintel has never owned a bike. He would love to learn how to ride around with all of his friends. Quintel does best when he has some form of physical activity involvement and riding a bike would be the best!
Quintel is 14 years old and lives in NC
Quintel's favorite subjects in school are science and math. His teacher says that he is a hard worker and takes pride in his work and is very respectful to her. Quintel has lots of things that he likes to do: get the mail, draw, watch television, run, play soccer, go to the movies and to the park. What he does enjoys most are his karate classes. He was promoted to his second belt last week and very proud of this achievement.
