Simone is a lovely young woman who is kind, intelligent, concerned for others, and who is a strong advocate for herself. She has consistently been on the Honor Roll throughout her school career. Reading is probably her favorite subject followed closely by math. Simone is very goal-directed and wants to attend college once she graduates from high school. She has been a cheerleader, played basketball, and she is hoping to play on the school volleyball team this year. She volunteers, serving the homeless at her church each week. She started working her first job during the past summer, and is really enjoying earning her own spending money while at the same learning to manage a checking account and saving a little bit. She enjoys spending time with her three siblings and her foster mother, shopping, talking/texting on her phone, and spending time with her friends.
