Chandra likes wearing stylish clothes and shoes! When she picked out these boots she was SO excited at the possibly of wearing them, she has even thought of what outfits would look best with them!
Chandra is 20 years old and lives in NC
Chandra is a very intelligent and curious young woman. She is determined to improve her current situation and become successful. Chandra enjoys school and is looking forward to returning to public school in the future. She is also very creative especially with technology. Spending time with Chandra is enjoyable as she is very easy to talk to and also, very insightful.
