IN DCS - Marion CountyCarter lives with his grandparents and does not see his parents. He is a shy boy with a great sense of humor. Carter does excellently in school and enjoys reading, playing games, and playing outdoors. Carter wants to be a police officer or a fire fighter when he grows up!
Carter is recovering from medical neglect and trauma suffered with his parents and is now stable with his grandparents. He would love a Paw Patrol fire truck to play with outdoors and with his brother, Jax!
