Carter is recovering from medical neglect and trauma suffered with his parents and is now stable with his grandparents. He would love a Paw Patrol fire truck to play with outdoors and with his brother, Jax!
Carter is 14 years old and lives in IN
Carter lives with his grandparents and does not see his parents. He is a shy boy with a great sense of humor. Carter does excellently in school and enjoys reading, playing games, and playing outdoors. Carter wants to be a police officer or a fire fighter when he grows up!
