Riona is smart young lady who loves to talk and read. She received A's and B's this semester in school and she was so proud. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her grandmother. She is very excited about high school, and can't stop talking about it. While she has faced unexpected challenges this school year, her attitude hasn't changed and she's dedicated to always moving forward.

Riona is incredibly resourceful, and grateful that her current school allows the children to stay after to use the computers to complete homework. However, while she is excited for the challenge of high school, she is unsure if her high school will do this. Her grandmother is very concerned that she may fall behind in her studies. She has promised her grandmother that she will continue to utilize any and all community resources if she doesn't have a computer at home, but she would love having a laptop to continue to learn and prepare for high school.
