Jon is a great kid who can be a little rough around the edges due to some instability in his past home life. Recently, he has been very motivated to prepare for his future. He just started an after school job working at the local pizza place. His foster parents have been helping him plan for his long-term goal of joining the military after he graduates.

Jon loves everything about fishing, though he doesn't have any of the supplies himself. He watches fishing videos on YouTube relentlessly! He would love a fishing tackle box set for bass fishing. Granting this wish for Jon would be such a great way for Jon to realize that there are people out in the world who care about him!
