Cale has Cerebral Palsy and needs a new pair of sneakers for school. He likes to have fun and on days that are nice outside, he can ride a bike at school. It brings a very big smile to his face and it also brings him joy. He would like a gift card to Foot Locker to pick out the sneakers that would put a great smile on his face!
Cale is 15 years old and lives in NJ
Cale is suffering from Cerebral Palsy but does not let his condition slow him down.
