Shawn wishes for a pair of Cowboy Boots to wear to Church! He loves looking special when he goes to church and wants to really look nice. This will make Shawn feel good inside about himself. Many times he worries about the scar on his head from a shunt and special shoes help him forget about what his scar looks like.
Shawn is 17 years old and lives in NC
Shawn is a wonderful young man who struggles with the lasting effects of abuse and neglect. He has many special needs and requires a high level of care and attention. He likes being part of the family and likes working on fixing things. Shawn likes to eat Chick-fil-A and listen to music. Shawn loves helping people and wants to be a teacher someday.
