Pancakes for Mackenzie who is stressed out

Mackenzie just loves pancakes!! She has a pretty tight schedule with academics, sports, and counselling sessions, which can be overwhelming at times . It would be so nice if she could take the time to chill out and treat herself to a nice breakfast out one weekend.
Mackenzie is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Mackenzie has been in and out of foster care for most of her life. She has struggled with adjusting to her ever-changing environment, and often feels caught between what is best for her and her siblings and what her parents want her to do. She is always looking out for her brother and sister, and feels protective over them. She has had her fair share of troubles, but is a true survivor.
