A Guitar for Gemma who uses music as a positive outlet

While meeting with her mentor, Gemma started attending guitar classes at the local library. She became engaged with this very quickly and it has had a positive impact on her life overall. She struggles with coping skills and anger management. Playing guitar has helped her address these issues. She would like to have a guitar of her own so she can practice at home. She is only able to use the guitar from the library during their classes.
Gemma is 19 years old and lives in CO
Gemma is a wonderful young girl. She is very mature for her age and helps to take care of her younger siblings. She is interested in art and fashion. Through her difficult circumstances, she and her family have emerged even stronger.They have started new traditions and enjoy trying new things together. Gemma is working towards healing and being her best self.
