Lego Storage Tote and Play Mat for David who loves Building with Lego's

Posted Feb 27, 2019
David could use a storage place for his Legos. He uses Legos as one of his coping skills to deal with his trauma. David plays with his Legos every day, because they make him happy but also help him develop creative skills. He enjoys bringing them to visits but it can be difficult because pieces are easily lost. This is a great storage option because the pieces can stay on the mat.

David is 14 years old and lives in OH

David is a very creative and unique individual. He has experienced a lot of abuse and trauma and struggles with anger. One of his favorite coping skills to use to cope with his feelings of anger or sadness is building with Legos. He enjoys being creative and building things on his own and also assembling sets he has received as gifts or earned for himself with good behavior. He also enjoys spending time outside. He is very smart and has improved his reading skills a lot since being placed in foster care. He is does very well in the foster home and gets along well with others in the home.
