Isaiah is hoping to be adopted soon. He would like a photo album to call his own. He wants to fill it with pictures of all his family, to record his adoption, and to add happy memories that are sure to come.
Isaiah is 16 years old and lives in PA
Isaiah is a very loving and resilient young man. He loves playing basketball and working on math worksheets. He also loves playing board games with this foster family. Isaiah believes he has finally found his forever home and is starting the process of moving towards adoption.
