Coming into care with a large sibling group, Zelma is especially happy to remain close to her sisters. The routine and structure of her new life have been instrumental in helping her stay on track.
Zelma is a selfless little girl who wishes for a very special Easter Dress to help her feel beautiful! She hopes to have a very memorable day hunting Easter Eggs and having fun. She wants to look her best and feel beautiful!
