A Laptop for Michael to complete home and school work

Michael has been in foster care for over 5 years including being in a previous home that changed their minds about adopting him. He is now in a very good home and we are all counting down the days until he is adopted. He badly needs a lap top for school work. Not a fancy lap top - just something basic that will enable him to do homework assignments - and this would mean the world to him.
Michael is 17 years old and lives in NJ
Michael has been in foster care since 2014 and has been moved to 5 different placements during this period. Michael is very motivated to do well and works very hard in school. His current high school is so impressed with him that they have sent him to a local community college where he is already working to get an associates degree. Michael is currently being fitted for orthodontics . He is always kind and well mannered and loves to watch sports.
