Sandy has never worn makeup, but she loves to watch videos about it. Her previous placement would not allow her to wear it, but now that she is in a new home, she would like to experiment with different looks. Sandy would be thrilled to received a kit with a variety of colors and products so she can have fun trying different things. It would give her a real confidence boost.

Sandy is a sweet, fragile, and quiet girl. She has enormous brown eyes and beautiful freckles. She loves to sing and is working on finding her voice in the school choir. When not listening to music, you can find Sandy watching funny videos on YouTube and chuckling to herself. Sandy likes to take walks near a river at her new home. She says the sound of the water is calming.
