He previously experienced a failed adoption and has returned to the system.
Kurt wishes for a new Electric Toothbrush to help him create good Dental Care patterns in his life! This will help him take better care of his teeth and learn how to use proper hygiene. Kurt will feel good about himself when he has the tools that can create positive results for him.
