When Makayla arrived in foster care, she came with several broken dolls that were missing eyes, limbs, and hair. Her foster mother told her that she would buy her new dolls and Makayla told her that she would love a newborn baby that feels and looks real, but she would keep her broken dolls in the family too. Makayla and her sister spend a lot of time playing with dolls together and Makayla has already has a name picked out for her new baby.

Makayla is a sweet and active little girl who enjoys crafts, reading, and helping foster mother cook. She has a big sweet tooth. She also absolutely loves being outside exploring nature. She also loves helping with chores and being praised.
