An Art Kit for Vincent who loves to paint

Vincent started doing art therapy with his counselor and he learned that not only does he love to paint, he's really very good at it. He entered into an art competition that grants the winner with $20,000 for college. Vincent really wants to win and we want to make sure he has everything he needs to help him do so. We supply materials and he'll supply the talent!
Vincent is 14 years old and lives in TX
Vincent is as smart as can be! He loves anything to do with animals and science. He does extremely well in school and is currently in advanced classes. He says he's thinking of becoming a Marine Biologist when he grows up, ever since we visited the Aquarium.
