A Bike for Richard to enjoy the outdoors

Richard learned to ride a bike last year but has never had a bike of his own and has outgrown the bike he was borrowing. The warmer weather hasn't brought the joy it should for Richard without being able to go cycling.
Richard is 16 years old and lives in PA
Ricky is a bright and happy child. Summer time is his favorite time of year but he is no beach bum, he spends as much time as he can outside. After playing outside, it's like he brings the sunshine back in with him.
