Nick is currently a senior in high school and he is only sixteen years of age. He had been homeschooled up until the seventh grade. At the age of twelve, he began attending public school. His transition into the public school setting wasn't without distraction or setbacks. He experienced many changes during this transition. Nick made a decision early on in his life that he was going to succeed. Nick took it upon himself to sit for the SATs three times until he was satisfied with his overall score. He takes pride in all his endeavors. Nick has applied to local community college, as well as two other local universities. He has an interest in a variety of areas, however his main area of study in college will be in criminal justice and forensic science. Nick has shown a resilience and discipline that will undoubtedly bring him success in the future.
