Carlito is an extraordinary adolescent who has excelled this year, overcoming many life challenges. Due to his amazing progress, he will be awarded the "Outstanding Youth of the Year." Although he has made many accomplishments, he has never experienced a birthday party with his friends. Carlito will be turning 16 years old on June 19 and has expressed interest in having a celebration with his peers who have become his constant support system. For these, reasons we would like for Calrito to be granted the opportunity to celebrate his first birthday party at Rockin' Jump, Wyane NJ.
Carlito is 20 years old and lives in NJ
Carlito is a remarkable young man, who is a pleasure to spend time with. He can always be seen smiling and lifting the spirits of those around him. Carlito devotes all his time to his academics and tries to excel on all school subjects. Any free time this adolescent has, is usually spent playing basketball or volunteering in the kitchen of the local women and children's help center.
