Walter is a good kid. He is one of four children, is funny, loves people and gets along well with others. Walter is in the 2nd grade and is struggling in school. Hr is not on the grade level with his class. The school wants to retain him. If he is able to get tutoring during the summer, the school will allow him to take a test to determine if he will move to third grade. With the tutoring , Walter will be ready for the coming school year.
Walter is 13 years old and lives in TX
Walter is a bright little boy who has two siblings. He loves tablets, horses, and watching the stars at night. When he grows up he wants to be a police office or a football player.
