Charlie loves the tuba and will be joining the high school band this fall during his first semester. While his pre-adoptive family provides much for him and his three siblings, the financial strain of renting a tuba is just too much for them. Granting this wish would ensure Charlie has a tuba rented through his first semester. He is so excited about this! Let's help him realize his dream!

Charlie has been in multiple foster homes over the past few years, but he is finally in a pre-adoptive home where he will be adopted with his three younger siblings. Charlie is fun-loving and goofy most of the time, but he takes a serious parenting role with his siblings. Charlie will be entering high school this fall and has some nervous excitement about it. He will be joining the marching band for the first time, something he has dreamed about but never had the chance to explore.
