An Air Conditioner for Justine who is healing inside this summer

Justine unfortunately sustained a serious musculoskeletal injury and is home-bound this summer, recovering from multiple surgeries. She lives on the second floor, and is not able to leave without significant assistance. On top of the pain and emotional turmoil of being incapacitated, Justine is unable to escape the summer heat accumulating in her home. An air conditioner would allow her just a bit more comfort and frustration relief, so that she can get needed rest and stay focused on healing and her goals.
Justine is 28 years old and lives in MA
Justine is a goal and career oriented young woman, who has been working on her Associate's degree, while working as a Home Health Aid. As a young adult, Justine found herself without the family support that we all deserve, and living in youth shelters. As a young adult, she has navigated through relationship problems, learning challenges, and financial instability. She is incredibly diligent and studious - whenever we see her, she is in scrubs and carrying school books. Justine unfortunately sustained a debilitating injury while working as a Home Health Aid, and is adjusting to the challenges of impairment, and working hard to heal and get back on her feet.
