Issac loves to play basketball outside and he's hoping that he will be able to join the team at school also! He has been wearing old sneakers from home because it makes him remember his mom, but they have no traction due to being so worn down. We want him to be able to wear his home sneakers every day if he wants but we also want to give him the option of putting on new shoes for when he plays basketball, just to help grip the floor. He really loves these camo designed Vans and said these are the ones!
Issac is 14 years old and lives in TX
Issac is a hilarious kid, he is always trying to lighten the mood in the room with an arsenal of really awful puns. He loves math and his sister. He was so excited when he came to the shelter and saw that we had a basketball court outside because that's his dream, to become a famous basketball star like LaMarcus Aldridge! He stays mostly right by his sister's side, despite being the younger of the two, he's very protective of her. He has such a bright smile and all around light personality.
