Therapeutic Interagency ProgramMeadow is a tiny, quiet girl who needs a little help to catch up with her peers developmentally. She struggles with some of her motor planning and speech but with time will be doing great. She is a hard worker who is determined to do her best.
Meadow would love to open a special party girl Cabbage Patch doll this Christmas. She loves to have lots of her dolls in bed with her and plays with them all day, so this will be another very special friend for her.
