Families First of Florida, LLCYanelli is an amazing, energetic, happy and loving young lady who is very smart and athletic. She is currently living in her grandmother’s home with 2 other siblings and 2 cousins. Her grandmother is going through the process of adopting her. This family was involved in a car accident in which her cousin’s mother died. Yanelli’s father also died in a car accident that she was in much earlier. It has been tough on Yanelli to move from relative to relative’s home, but she has remained hopeful and very focused on school. One day she hopes to become a lawyer who works to find good homes for foster children. She is always kind and well-mannered and everyone who meets Yanelli says her smile lights up a room.
Yanelli wants to get healthy by drinking more water. Her siblings have asked for the same gift because they often do water challenges to help stay healthy. They learned in school the importance of water for mental health well being and have taken positive strides to help themselves.
