NJ DCFS - Bergen CountyLaura is a hardworking and mature adolescent. She is currently in the United States Air Force and has moved into her very own apartment. Laura has continued to demonstrate independence and determination in following through on her self-identified goals.
Laura will be traveling to Columbia to visit her biological mother and maternal grandmother at the end of December 2019 before she deploys for the Air Force in February 2020. Her mother is in an inpatient psychiatric hospital and Laura has had limited contact with her over the years. This wish would mean a lot to Laura as she will be able to purchase items she will need while she is away from home!
