Nicole is a hard working young adult with an infectious laugh. She has recently "aged out" of the State's foster care system, due to her age. During her young life Nicole has been adopted twice, once from the hospital at birth, but unfortunately had both adoptions end. Nicole wanted nothing more than to find out who her birth family was for a sense of belonging and identity. Nicole was able to obtain her original birth certificate and ultimately connect with her birth family, right before turning 21. Nicole has continued to be in touch with her siblings and extended family members.

Nicole has been struggling to make ends meet even though she has a full time job. Her monthly expenses are typically able to be taken care of without a problem, however she has run into some issues with some medical bills that need to be paid, leaving Nicole with little to nothing for groceries. Nicole takes pride in making sure she is eating healthy and living the best lifestyle she can without going over her budget. She would love to be able to fill up her pantry with some sustainable food to help her get through this tough time.
